TO REQUEST AN INTERVENTION BY A SENIOR EXPERT

• Contact us with a “Request for Intervention” form or directly via email
• We will take whatever time is necessary  to determine and understand your needs
• The objectives and implementation of the mission are specified in a protocol agreement signed by the beneficiary, the senior expert and AGIRabcd
• We make a preliminary selection of candidates, and you choose one of the experts whom we have proposed
• We organize and observe the progress of the expert’s mission
• You provide an evaluation of the mission once it has been completed

 

( AGIRabcd is a non- profit association, and our experts are all unsalaried volunteers.

However, the beneficiary must cover the expenses of travel,  room and board of the expert, as well as a contribution to the operating expenses of AGIRabcd.)

 

OUR MEANS OF INTERVENTION

 

The international activities of AGIRabcd consist of transfers of skills and expertise to assist public and private organizations and associations.

AGIRabcd does not take the initiative for its interventions, but responds to requests from onsite partners.

 

TYPES OF INTERVENTIONS

 

INTERNATIONAL MISSIONS

• We respond to all requests from onsite public, private or volunteer structures
• In order to be accepted, missions must correspond to the principles of our Charter, be in agreement with our general conditions for interventions, and take place within a well-defined period of time
• An international mission consists of a specific action, a volunteer expert and a specific period of time

Our main obligations, in conformity with our Charter:

• For the members of our association, to  transmit their expertise on a volunteer basis
• To advise and accompany without  interfering in the decision-making process
• Not to compete with private or public consulting organizations, but on the contrary to.supplement or accompany their actions
• Not to take the place of a salaried employee and, but on the contrary, to contribute to the creation and maintenance of new jobs
• To respect the integrity of the beneficiaries, and maintain strict confidentiality with regard to personal data
• To promote and maintain new employment through professional re-insertion, tutoring, accompanying, and assistance, plus the transfer of skills and expertise of our volunteers.
